A DisTIL Team's got to do what a DisTIL Team's got to do

As much as the team like to go out for fun and games there are incredibly important parts of the job that happen behind the scenes. Today was one of those days.

Training in everything from how to answer a phone correctly to taking a good photo the DisTIL team are becoming every bit the well rounded professional. Sounds like it should be straight forward right? Well, bring in the importance of 'being the face of an organisation' and add to that a little 'first impressions last' and suddenly the pressure begins to build.

I suggest that, if nothing else, they hold onto Andy McCulloch's top tip: "Smile and wave boys. Smile and wave."
