Easter Adventurers

John-Luke has filled you all in on the many happenings over the last couple of weeks, and it seems I'm a little late in putting in my proverbial oar, but I didn't want this to be forgotten. Undoubtedly, we have had a great time on every event over the last few weeks. However, my highlight of the Easter holidays has to be EASTER ADVENTURE 2012...

4 days
27 children
9am to 4pm
Loads of different activities
Lots of exhausted instructors
Steve pretending to be a donkey

And my personal highlight of the week...

If you haven't been convinced to join the DisTIL team thus far, let this be what changes your mind.

Why wouldn't you want to improvise a song about flapjack in front of an audience of 8-12 year olds? They LOVED it! Other highlights include a whole day of canoeing and kayaking, Steve's Hungarian dancing, circus skills in the sunshine and the chance to camp out on Wednesday night.

We shared something from the Easter story every day, thinking about how much God has done and is doing for us, even if he doesn't always do it in the way we expect.

You can check out the rest of the photos on our facebook page.
