We were very fortunate to have Ric Mellis along to our session at Springfield School last week to photograph the activities in action so that everyone else can see how much fun we were having! It was a great afternoon of team games in the hall and archery outside in the sunshine, and great to see the skills that some of the young people have developed over the last year or so. Many of the young people have done archery several times and are now hitting the targets nearly every time.
We also tried and tested a new game that Josh has made for us, where the children had to hook as many discs off the floor as they could. Each disc has a number written on the bottom saying how many points you get; anyone remember hook a duck at the school fayre? Well, the kids loved it!
