Serve one another

Simon challenged us this week to serve one another to demonstrate the true meaning of Christianity. As Jesus says in John 13:15 "I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you." He was referring to washing the feet of the disciples, a task that would not have been pleasant in those days... think about it - they wore sandals and used donkeys for transport! James furthers this challenge in James 2:22 "Do not merely listen to the word and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says."

So what have we been up to? Vehicle checks and Office clean up have featured this week where we make sure that our fleet is ship shape and road worthy. We have also been out on the bikes so cleaning and greasing them for future use. We have reorganised the barn so that our bike fleet is more accessible and carried out kit checks so that our arrows are fully fletched and our poi are in one piece. Not glamorous work but necessary to the smooth running of the business. Just so that it's not all work we have also furthered our bike skills by taking on the muddy paths at Badbury Clumps... good times!
